P-10, r. 6 - Regulation respecting the circumstances in which a physician may obtain a permit to practise pharmacy

3.01. A physician may, in the absence of a pharmacist or a physician practising pharmacy, obtain a permit in a municipality or in a territory of less than 3,000 inhabitants in the following regions:
(a)  Bas-Saint-Laurent–Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine;
(b)  Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean;
(c)  Capitale-Nationale;
(d)  Mauricie–Centre-du-Québec;
(e)  Montérégie;
(f)  Outaouais; and
(g)  Abitibi-Témiscamingue.
